Growth by acquision is a growning trend in the manufacturing world. As may customer aquire a new division or company they look to merge processes and systems into a single structure for both ease of doing business and uniformity. However, many don't know where to begin the overwhelming process of doing so. In this session, I will discuss the areas to be focused on when merging systems and evaluating processes, the steps to identfing the gap that exists between the two, and the steps to aligning the businesses into a cohesive, single entity.
