OTTO (On-Time Orders) is not a planning tool, nor is it a scheduling tool, but is an Execution Monitoring Tool (not MES) that does predictive analytics to anticipate potential delays in materials and events which might cause customer order shipment delays. It does not replace MPS or MRP, but enhances planning, scheduling, purchasing, and execution to drastically reduce data chasing and prevent potential customer order shipment delays, with typical ROI's of 3 to 6 months.
